This notice explains how personal information is handled in connection with widdygroup.com. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Widdy Group is the name under which a range of private business and investment interests are presented. For the purposes of UK data protection law, the controller of any personal information described here is Kevin Widdrington, who can be contacted via LinkedIn.

What we collect

This website does not ask you for any personal information. It has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not set cookies.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you view the site. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict its use, or to object to how we use it. Contact Kevin Widdrington via LinkedIn and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Widdy Group is not currently the name of a registered company and does not refer to a single legal entity. The businesses, investments and property associated with Widdy Group are held in a variety of ways, and not all are owned through one holding company.

Widdy Group is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It does not manage money on behalf of others, does not provide investment advice and does not offer investment products or services to the public. Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or inducement to invest, and nothing here should be relied on as financial, legal or tax advice.
